This program is designed around clients who can afford between $1,500 and $2,500 per month in mortgage payments. Properties in the program are valued between $150,000 and $350,000. Each CDG property will include up to 3% down payment assistance, a $500 Home Depot Gift Card and a 1 year Homeowner's Warranty. CDG works exclusively through our network of lenders who specialize in credit challenged buyers to process your application and close on your new home loan within a targeted 45 day contract to closing timeframe. Our Rent-2-Own program is very similar to our "Fast" Homeowner program but, by allowing you to rent the home you'd eventually like to purchase, you will have time to resolve any credit issues that may have prevented you from purchasing in the past. And because CDG pays many of the costs associated with buying a home and offers discounts and credits for being a good tenant, you are able to afford the home of your dreams without a large financial strain.

Complete a XBH/RTO Application package. The application fee is $250, all of which, is 100% refundable once you purchase one of our properties. The total process in most cases takes about 90 days in the Express Homeowner Program. Even if you've had bankruptcy's, foreclosures, charge-offs or late rents, our staff will work with you through every step of the process to help get your application approved.

Once you have been approved, you will be given an idea of the amount of home for which you qualify and the payment options, if any, to which you must subscribe. Our team of investors will then to begin ACTIVELY searching for a property that matches your specific profile. As a member of the XHO/RTO Program, you will have an opportunity to view our properties before they are advertised anywhere else! And unlike other XHO/RTO programs, you pay NOTHING on any property until we've found you a home. And when we do, you'll pay your total upfront payment of typically 3-5% of the sales price of the home. Its that simple!

As a member of the XHO Homeownership Program, you will receive
- an automatic credit of 5% of the sales price to be applied towards your down payment or closing costs when you're ready to purchase your home
- a portion of your upfront payment will also be applied towards the price of the home
- If your situation warrants that you Rent to Own (RTO) for a period before owning the home an additional credit will be applied towards your down payment or closing costs of up to $150 for every month that your rent payments are received on time.
